Keto Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me... gingerbread hot chocolate!

This sugar-free treat even had my son fooled, and earned a loud yum!

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp 35% cream
2 Tbsp golden monkfruit sweetener
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground clove
Optional, whipped cream for garnish

Directions

In a medium sauce pan over low heat, melt down chocolate chips with sweetener and spices.

Once melted, whisk in cream, cocoa powder and almond milk. Heat to desired temperature, stirring frequently.

Optionally, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
