Keto Mayan Hot Chocolate

Add a little spice đŸ”¥ to your Valentine’s Day with this easy to make Mayan hot chocolate!

Perfect for warming up on a cold day or to enjoy snuggled up in the evening.

Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup 35% cream
3 Tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp monkfruit sweetener
2 Tbsp red cocoa powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper, to taste
Pinch of salt
Optional: sugar-free whipped cream and keto marshmallows

Directions

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and monkfruit sweetener in the 35% cream, stirring frequently.

Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, stir in the almond milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cayenne and salt.

Heat the mocha mixture through and serve.

Optionally, you can top it with sugar-free whipped cream, and even pop on some keto marshmallows. I used the Burnt Caramel Max Mallows by Know Brainer Foods, which I received in one of my KETO4ALL! monthly boxes!
